Dear Supporters - Just made aware the Paradise Lk Garden Apts is now Snohomish Garden Town homes.   Same owner with plans now to build 196 units in an area already at gridlock.  This is also the area where Snohomish Regional Fire & Rescue stated they cannot rescue anyone due to the horrific traffic and the size of the project.  This project is a little smaller but traffic is already at a standstill during rush hour.
