Dear Supporters - FYI, it never ends.  Snohomish County Planning & Development Services - Land Use Activity 21-107654-SPA Cathcart Crossing - Determination of Non-significance - Issue Date 4-27-2022

Please pass this on and request the applicant's submittal documents from Stacey Abbott per the email from SnoCo below.    She should send you a link or attachments for the SEPA Checklist, Conceptual Mitigation Plan, Geotech report and Gibson Traffic report.  Another option is to go directly to the Records Dept.  https://www.snohomishcountywa.gov/FormCenter/Planning-Developmental-Services-10/Information-Request-Form-102

I'd have attached the documents for you but unfortunately Change.org doesn't give you that option.

Please note I've not gotten any word yet on my Draft Env Impact Statement (DEIS) comments from last fall for the Paradise Lk Garden Apts nor a decision on the Moray Village townhomes.  These all affect each other with traffic along Broadway so it is important the traffic studies examine the impact each will have on the other.  This is something none of these developments have done.

It is also important to note that it was SnoCo who sold this property to the developer, so they have skin in the game here too.  Net, net we are again fighting our own County.  Bury them with comments!!!  Thanks - Linda
