Dear Supporters - It’s no wonder the SnoCo PDS Cathcart Crossing Project Manager, Stacey Abbot, ignores my request for application information. SNOHOMISH COUNTY IS THE SELLER. They sold us out us out knowing full well Hwy 9 was currently gridlocked, that they’d be allowing the developer to break GMA, SCC, State, Laws, etc, and that our tax dollars pay for their salaries. Snohomish County is AGAIN siding with developers to our detriment. We have to get money out of politics. They don’t care!!! Vote for Brandy Donaghy.

Thank you Patsy, for reaching out to me last night after yesterday’s petition update. She was concerned there was hope for Cathcart, and wanted confirmation the Fire District letter for Paradise likely applied to Moray/Cathcart. I confirmed the letter did likely apply and that Cathcart was further ahead because they’d applied for permits. I did a SnoCo permit status search. Project Status | Snohomish County, WA - Official Website (snohomishcountywa.gov) , then click on PDS permit search, enter the Parcel (tax account) number - 280536-003-011-00

There is hope for Cathcart in that nothing of consequence is approved. Note, the status of the Binding Site Plan (BSP) and Land Disturbing Activities (LDA) – all the critical departments (Fire, Traffic, etc) have disapproved. The rezone application's next step is a public hearing.

This is the reason we must bury SnoCo with comments about all, but especially Moray and Cathcart. The more the Hearing Examiner hears from us the better. PDS confirmed they will review our comments even though we missed the comment deadline(due to PDS policy for postcard notice requiring it only be sent to those within 500ft of the site/road sign notices were hidden on the side of the road or inaccessible). Likely we will need an attorney, create a group to fight this. I will be reaching out to many for help.

Thank you again Patsy, and to all for your diligence. Please contact me with any questions.  Thank you -- Linda
