The major television networks currently give full coverage of the English and Scottish football leagues, including English non-league football.

The Dafabet Welsh Premier League is the top tier of Welsh football, with the champions gaining entry to the UEFA Champions League qualifying rounds and the runners-up, and two others, gaining entry to the UEFA Europa League qualifying rounds.

This currently has little, or no, major UK television coverage. The major networks, such as Sky Sports, BT Sport and EuroSport, seem to overlook the achievements of the Dafabet Welsh Premier League and I feel this needs to change.

Massive airtime is given to English and Scottish lower leagues, and even includes live non-league football. It's astonishing that the top tier in Welsh football is not given the coverage it deserves, especially when this league is granted UEFA European football qualification.

It is time to get the networks covering the Dafabet Welsh Premier League, as comprehensively as the other UK leagues.
