The Compound BNE is a warehouse in a high density residential zone in Woolloongabba that holds events such as raves, parties and music events. These events often run into the early hours of the morning.

They are operating unlawfully and disturbing surrounding residents on a regular basis, sometimes multiple times in the same weekend.There is no soundproofing and no regard for residents.

Additionally, the Compound BNE has a history of violent behaviour with a slashing having occurred in December of 2021.
