The lives of thousands of children are in danger due to the destruction of medical facilities in Gaza. The UK Ministry of Defence has a hospital ship, the "RFA Argus" which has 100 beds, a four-bay operating theatre, ten-bed critical care unit, 20-bed high dependency unit and a CT scanner.
It should be moored off the coastline of Gaza to receive child victims of the the Israeli Defence Force.

Patients could be transported by helicopter for treatment.

The UK government should also encourage the Spanish authorities to send the 'Esperanza del Mar' to the region.

We did not ask the permission of the Nazis to liberate the concentration camps in 1945. Neither should we ask permission of Israel's extremist government to liberate the people of Gaza.
