The K1 bus service is a vital lifeline for the community of Keynsham, connecting parts of our town such as Somerdale, Bilbie, Wellsway School and the high street. This essential public transport service plays a key role in the daily lives of people who depend on it for shopping,  education, and access to local amenities such as St Augustine's Medical Centre. By offering a reliable and efficient transport solution, the K1 bus service significantly alleviates congestion on our roads and enables people who do not have cars, or do not wish to use them to move around Keynsham

The West of England Combined Authority (WECA)  is reviewing bus services across the area including the K1.  We urge the West of England Combined Authority to support Keynsham by securing the continuation of the K1 bus service. Maintaining this service supports their environmental policies  (K1is an electric vehicle) and community support for the Keynsham area.
