Cheikh was unlawfully detained in prison for sensitization, a false pretext for his imprisonment.

During his detention, he was tortured, filmed, and the footage was shared online, further violating his dignity and human rights.

Most egregiously, his naked videos were taken and shared without his consent, a severe violation of his privacy and trust.

Demands:

1) Immediate recognition of Cheikh Ahmed Cisse's innocence and clearing of his name.

2) A thorough investigation into the online bullying, false imprisonment, torture, and unlawful detention.

3) Protection and safety measures to ensure Cheikh's well-being and ability to continue his vital work.

4) Accountability for those responsible for these heinous acts, including the non-consensual sharing of intimate images.

5) Acknowledgment and support for Cheikh's tireless efforts as a women and child rights defender.
