The majority of 50sWomen are seeking JUSTICE for lifelong discrimination that has a remedy under Law and does not rely on what many 50sWomen see as the flawed findings of the Ombudsman, which did not include looking at the impact of discrimination
CEDAWinLAW Mediation is the fair, sensible and swift route to address ALL injustices, for ALL 50sWomen, including both direct and indirect discrimination and ONGOING maladministration, as found by the Judge's Report from the CEDAWinLAW People's Tribunal
Huge thanks go to Salford City Radio @SalfordCRadio and to Ian Rothwell @Rothersonradio for their continued excellent support in granting CEDAWinLAW the opportunity to spread their messages
HEAR THE ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS (RECORDED JAN 2025):
Ian Rothwell's Questions to Dr Scutt:
"The necessity of a legal challenge on foot is no longer a pre-requisite to accepting an invitation to join Mediation or to initiate it.
The former Secretary of State for Work & Pensions' unlawful refusals (as found by CEDAWinLAW's legal team) to join reasonable invitations to Mediation, place the current incumbent in jeopardy of a clear case being found her unless she accepts Mediation"
Q. What legal obligations must the Secretary of State for Work & Pensions meet out of The Judge's Report and the new historic Civil Procedure Rules on Alternative Dispute Resolution (Mediation)?
Q. Does a proposed Hardship Fund for some WASPI Women meet these legal obligations?
Q. Post the govt's rejections of a claim based solely on Maladministration for some WASPI Women does CEDAWinLAW's claim on behalf of all 50sWomen remain in play?
Q. Can you tell our listeners about the new historic CEDAW Treaty, General Recommendation 40?

Ian Rothwell's Questions to Kris Gibson:
"The new replacement as Minister for Pensions was put in post the day before a debate to discuss 'Compensation for 1950s Women' again rejected WASPI Board's claim for compensation based on Maladministration and did not discuss enforceable law onside all 1950s Women".
Q. Does the omission make sense to you?
Q. What must WASPI Board now do?
Q. What must the Secretary of State for Work & Pensions & Members of Parliament do?

Ian Rothwell's quote from a 50s born woman:
"It wasn't only us 50s women who paid into our pensions so we could retire at 60, our employers paid in too! The Government not only stole our own money but also that of our employers who contributed to our state pensions to enable us to retire at 60. I'm struggling at 65 to eat healthy, heat and maintain my home. I have multiple serious health issues. I have another year to go until I get my state pension and I honestly don't know if I will make it. My 3 best female friends have sadly died without getting a penny of their state pensions and they worked hard all their lives. We all started working at 16 years old. One of them sadly took her own life. Couldn't cope with health issues and not being able to work and trying to get help from the DWP. They put you through absolute hell if you ask for financial help. It's criminal what they have done to us all."
