The problem I want to solve is the rule where students can not wear hoods in school. Students should be able to wear hoods in school because it would cause less stress for students and teachers. Students always wear there hoods even when the teachers tell them to take there hoods off. When teachers or the principle tell the students to take there hoods off the students never listen and start to argue and the teachers start to yell at you over a hood. It causes stress for teachers because they are yelling at you to take off the hood. Students always put the hood back on and are annoyed by teachers non stop telling them to take there hood off. Wearing a hood does not affect your education or distract you so I don't see what  the problem is with wearing a hood in school.  #HOODSWHATSTHEBIGDEAL
