Pottery has proven to have beneficial and therapeutic effects on people's mental and physical health. It provides an outlet for many of the emotional problems we suffer today. The tactile qualities of clay make building with it very satisfying  and to see something we have made with our own hands is wonderfully rewarding.

Preston College's Ceramics Class is the last one in the Northern England, it is a beacon of the arts about to be extinguished for the financial reasons.
