This petition is to stop the discrimination against the 99ers and to save the 99ers’ and reinstate our benefits! 

Ninety-nine weeks of unemployment is now the maximum allowed by law in any given state with Federal and State extended benefits, hence the term 99ers.

The proverbial 99ers’ are hardworking, tax paying citizens who have paid into the system for years and never asked for a penny until now!

The 99ers’ are people who want to work, but cannot find jobs! Employers are choosing younger applicants over older to save money in benefits.
