The City of Kamloops has unilaterally decided to stop providing irrigation services to the agricultural land owners in the Noble Creek region, starting the end of the 2023 season. 

These agricultural landowners have invested considerable time, effort, and resources in establishing farms, market gardens, orchards, ranches, Christmas Tree Farms, as well as a beautiful winery and cidery, all of which greatly contribute to the local community and attract tourists, generating an economic impact of $6.5 million annually for Kamloops. Without access to cost-effective irrigation services, they risk losing everything they have worked so hard to build.

Please join us in signing this petition to show our solidarity with our local farmers and to emphasize the importance of maintaining irrigation services in the Noble Creek region of Kamloops.
