TfL have announced that 16 London bus routes are to be axed and a further 86 are to be rerouted following a public consultation which closes on 12th July.  The 521 route is one of the routes facing termination this September should this plan go ahead.  It is imperative that bus users and drivers take part in the public consultation and try to be as passionate as you can to voice your protest at the removal of this very busy route.

The 521 operates from Waterloo to London Bridge and is an extremely busy bus route.  These all electric buses will be replaced by another route running diesel/electric buses which makes mockery of our mayors wish for a greener London.  Slashing bus routes also forces people back into their cars.  Please help us save our bus route by signing the petition and filling in the consultation.
