Mollie's Tea Room has been an integral part of our local community since its inception in 2022. From the very beginning, we have actively supported a caring community, offering free drinks and cakes to carers of the elderly, disabled, and impaired. This gesture of kindness has been a beacon of support and comfort for many. Our contributions extend to the local church and various charities through cake donations and gift vouchers, showcasing our commitment to spreading goodwill.

In April 2024, Mollie's Tea Room joined hands with the OCC, further strengthening our community ties. We took pride in volunteering to assist the local cricket club, ensuring that the pavilion, changing rooms, and toilets—key amenities used by all—are maintained in top condition. Our efforts didn't stop there; our dedication to the community led us to brighten up the local park at our own expense, adding vibrancy to a cherished local space.

However, despite our unwavering commitment and contributions, we are now faced with the distressing news of a potential lease termination. Mollie's Tea Room is more than just a business; it is a communal hub that has brought together people from all walks of life, including the cricket community past and present.
