After a 45% cut last year, the Massachusetts Senate’s proposed a 25 percent cut that would cripple the CCR&R (Child Care Resource and Referral) support system that helps MA families access quality child care and financial assistance.  It would also hinder the ability to monitor the eligibility and use of Federal funding.
