I am writing to share a deeply personal story and a cause that is close to my heart. I attended Holy Spirit Catholic Primary School in Runcorn, Cheshire, a place that played a pivotal role in shaping who I am today. Following in my footsteps, my children also had the privilege of walking through its halls, experiencing the camaraderie and excellent education that has been a hallmark of this cherished institution.

Today, however, our beloved school is under threat of closure due to declining birth rates in the area. The number of students has fallen dramatically, bringing us to this unfortunate crossroad. Yet, Holy Spirit Catholic Primary School stands as a beacon of hope and education for the estate it resides in and the surrounding areas.

This school isn't just a building of brick and mortar; it is a community, a family, and a sanctuary for many. It has played and continues to play a significant role in the lives of numerous families.
