Residents of Cremorne will lose part of their  heritage if these houses are demolished and a 3 storey apartment block is constructed. These houses are over a century old.

Loss of gardens  and 16 mature trees. Impact on global warming. 

Destruction of streetscape  and character of the area. 

These houses could be demolished on Friday 15th September if a new Interim Heritage Order is not reinstated by the Minister for Heritage the Hon Penny Sharpe.
