Help Save Drury Lane shops!

Not only do we have a gold award winning butcher, the best pies and cakes in town, Ned's Roast, plus nine other amazing small businesses to enjoy.  The Drury Lane shops have two massive incredible murals you will never see anywhere else; created and painted by J. Tebbutt, adorning the exterior wall of the Drury Lane shops and the coffee shop cafe on the other side.  The artwork is exceptional as you can see.

We look to lose:

 1. An historic 200-year-old Well which is 35 feet deep containing crystal clear drinking water. Also, a source of coins captured on the top for schools and charities.

2. Destruction of all the stunning artwork commissioned at the expense to the owners.

3. Iconic shops that are the heart of Drury.  12 businesses in total.

If there wasn't a less costly sensible alternative available, and a much less destructive option, the inevitable would be reluctantly accepted.  However, there is a much less destructive alternative saving multi-millions of tax payers money, so we need to let our voices be heard. You can help!
