On Monday, May 6, 2024, L.C.R.D.-Laveen Citizens for Responsible Development hosted their monthly meeting at 5001 W. Dobbins Rd., Laveen Village, AZ. 85339. The meeting was held to discuss the Laveen 140 and Cottonfields Community golf course project.

Good news!!! L.C.R.D. approves the proposed project and there was lots of great feedback. This is groundbreaking news and looking forward to seeing the progress of the project moving ahead steadfastly now.

L.C.R.D strives to partner with the development community, Maricopa County and the City of Phoenix, to ensure that the highest quality residential, commercial and community projects are constructed. L.C.R.D. approving a proposed development project means Laveen 140 and Cottonfields Community golf course project is now being taken more seriously.

Let’s keep this momentum moving forward! Things are beginning to get better and better! Keep the faith and stay positive! We are going to make this work, and the game of golf is coming  back to Cottonfields Community! See you on the greens soon!
