Today, May 7th, 2024, as I’m leaving the house to head to work I see this happening. I was told this is one of the people who resigned from the Cottonfields Community H.O.A. Board last week. Apparently these people planned to relocate from Cottonfields Community before the golf course construction begins.

What can we learn from what is happening in this picture? Well, I’ll give you a 3 word clue. The 3 word clue is, “DON’T TRUST ANYONE!” I recall listening to this individual a few months back in an H.O.A. Dial In-telephone board meeting. I was told this individual is one of those Laveen 140 haters.

In my opinion, this same individual during one of the H.O.A. Board meetings sounded aggressive, self serving and purposely pushing the meeting off the golf course topic. What happened? Did you finally figure out you can’t stop the Laveen 140 project and your attempts to sabotage the project aren’t working?

How many more self righteous Cottonfields Community H.O.A. Board members are planning to relocate? Actually I was told by a very reliable source another H.O.A. Board member is moving out of Cottonfields Community and will no longer be on the Board at the end of this month May 2024.

We are suppose to trust H.O.A. Board Members? We are suppose to blindly assume they have the Cottonfields Community’s best interests at heart? Really now? Well, you better start taking notice people. These day’s in society you can only trust your gut, rely on your own instincts and do your best to hold people accountable for their actions, lack of actions and in many cases dereliction of duty.

The people moving are the same people who didn’t want to communicate much about the Laveen 140 project. Their choice of actions concerning the golf course situation was a huge red flag for many of us. In my opinion, these types of people don’t belong on an H.O.A. Board and thank God they are moving on with their lives! Jesus thank you!

Well, who’s next? Who else is going to turn their backs on the Cottonfields Community? Guess what? We will soon be finding out! You can run but you can’t hide. We know who you are and happy to see you abandoning the community. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out.

As one of you told me, “Good Luck!”
