Cottonfields Community HOA Board Of Directors Election voting ends May 15, 2024. Cottonfields Community Homeowners make sure you get your votes in before the deadline. You can send your ballot votes via USPS mail or go online to City Property Management Company website and cast your votes inside your City Property Owner Access portal.
This is a very important vote for Cottonfields Community. We have received word there is a person on the Cottonfields Community HOA Board who resigned in the past week and another Board member will be leaving at the end of this month May 2024. Our votes are in and we voted for the following candidates below:
- Nancy Rivera
- Kimberly Brunner
- Scott Rose
We are very excited about the candidates representing Cottonfields Community’s future and looking forward to seeing them work with Laveen 140’s team. We are on the verge of ushering into existence the 2024-2025 “New Era” of Cottonfields Community! The “New Era” will include the brand new Par 3 golf course that will elevate our community’s reputation, attract positive media attention and provide us with the highest possible real estate values.
The small group of naysayers who kept questioning Laveen 140’s true intentions are going to find out what they were thinking was all wrong. That small group I’m referring to is shrinking so small now, soon they will become nonexistent. I heard a few of them are planning to relocate. Did they lose face? Oh well, within 2 year’s they will realize they made a mistake selling their property at a loss.
As the wise man once said, “Out with the old, in with the new!” Ce la vie!”
