As of today April 26, 2024 the above GPA & ZONING HEARING sign is posted on Baseline Rd. and can be seen when entering Cottonfields Community. Scheduled INFORMATIONAL MEETING- VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE meeting May 13, 2024 at 6:30 p.m.

Posted the sign to make sure Cottonfields Community out of state/country property owners are aware of this. Recommend notifying your neighbors and everyone’s attendance is appreciated. Stay tuned for more updates as more details are posted.
