This picture was taken Sunday, February 25, 2024 approximately 4 p.m. This is what you will see directly behind the Cottonfields Community Monument on Baseline Rd. Please forward this picture to the Cottonfields Community H.O.A. Board and City Property Management Company. There is no “NO TRESPASSING” signs posted so they figure they can do whatever they want.
There’s a barbecue grill in the picture, toilet paper rolls, undergarments, trash and other items in the area. Any of you people who are okay with this should invite these transient people into your homes and backyards. This won’t be happening once the Laveen 140 redevelopment project is completed! Vote “YES” RESTORE COTTONFIELDS COMMUNITY!
FYI-Speaking of signs posted. Can Cottonfields Community residents make sure they pick up their pet feces if the pet has to go the bathroom while on a walk? Many times we are finding dog feces on our property that didn’t come from our dogs. The poop is coming from either a stray dog, coyotes or a Cottonfields Community resident pet.
Who’s going to clean up the debri, trash and transient items behind the Cottonfields Community Baseline Rd. Monument? Are we going to play kick the can down the street for the next several months until the community finally gets cleaned up? I had a guest by who saw the area and couldn’t believe what they were seeing! It’s embarrassing to live here at the moment. Come pick me up, I’ll help, no problem.
Thank you.
