Taking a moment to thank Cottonfields Community H.O.A. Board and Sunland Asphalt for their work improving Cottonfields Community streets. The streets throughout Cottonfields look brand new! In my opinion, the streets enhance the entire neighborhood’s aesthetic appeal throughout the community. Looks like a brand new community! Job well done!

Being able to visually see where the  H.O.A. dues money is being invested and how the investment will positively impact the entire community’s property values is what any investor or homeowner should be happy to see. You pay your H.O.A. dues quarterly and you want to see your money going towards projects that will help improve property values and enhance the community.

The street resurfacing project proved to be a successful outcome. I personally believe Cottonfields Community working with Laveen 140 will produce a successful outcome. Once the new golf course project is approved and golf course built Cottonfields Community is going to rise back into the top 5 most desirable H.O.A. communities in Laveen, AZ.

If you’re a homeowner or investor who purchased in the past 3-5 year’s you’re in store for quite a surprise once Cottonfields Community has an open golf course attached to it! Property values will be going up! Hang in there. The best of Cottonfields Community is coming soon!
