Laveen 140, LLC. is hosting a meeting today, Wednesday May 10 at 6:30 p.m. at Southern Ridge Golf Course clubhouse to discuss their latest redevelopment plan. They will be hosting a 2nd meeting at golf course clubhouse May 25, 2023 at 6 p.m.

Laveen 140, LLC. will be proposing their latest golf course and redevelopment plan. What’s interesting is the REMA agreement states the 140 acres/golf course land must stay a golf course or irrigated green space/park. Right now the land is not being irrigated and hasn’t been properly irrigated for over 5 years.

Cottonfields Community Homeowners you should inform yourselves by reading the REMA agreement to see for yourself what the REMA agreement stipulates. You can find the REMA agreement in your City Property Management Company HOA account. Go to City Property Management Company website, log into your account and the REMA court documents are inside your account. Read through the documents.
