As a dedicated user of the Samsung Galaxy S20, I understand firsthand the importance of keeping our devices up-to-date with the latest software. Unfortunately, despite being flagship models, the Samsung Galaxy S20, Note 20 and S20 FE will not receive an update for Android 14 One UI 6.0.

This lack of update not only hampers our user experience but also leaves us behind in terms of technological advancements that other smartphone users are enjoying. According to Statista, as of February 2022, over half (51%) of all Android devices are running on some version of Android Pie or later - a clear indication that updates are crucial for maintaining device functionality and security.

Samsung has always been a frontrunner in innovation and customer satisfaction. However, this delay in providing necessary updates is disappointing for loyal customers like myself who rely on their devices daily.

We urge Samsung to prioritize this issue and provide timely updates for these models - because we deserve nothing less than the best from our chosen brand.
