We, the undersigned residents of Sanpada, wish to bring to your urgent attention the alarming issue of illegal encroachment in the Sector-18 area, particularly near the electricity station on Palm Beach Road, wherein these immigrants have made settlements. This matter is not only affecting the security and harmony of our community but also placing an undue burden on our resources and infrastructure.

A large number of illegal immigrants, reportedly from Bangladesh and Rohingya communities, have unlawfully occupied public land in this area. Their presence appears to be facilitated by certain political interests and local leaders, allowing them to misuse essential resources like electricity and water without any legal entitlements. This has significantly increased the financial burden on law-abiding taxpayers, who are indirectly paying for these unauthorized utilities.

Furthermore, it has been observed that these individuals have acquired Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, and voter IDs through illegal and corrupt practices. This not only undermines the integrity of our democratic framework but also raises grave security concerns for the residents of Sanpada.

These activities violate multiple laws related to land encroachment, unauthorized resource consumption, and fraudulent documentation, which demand immediate and strict action.

We request the following steps to address this issue:

Conduct a thorough investigation into the illegal settlements and identify individuals residing there without proper documentation.
Take appropriate legal action to evict unauthorized occupants and restore the encroached land to its intended public use.
Cancel any fraudulently obtained identification documents and initiate legal proceedings against the offenders.
