Thousands of people have been affected by Covid-19 travel restrictions and Ryanair flight cancellations. 

Despite people’s legal right to receive a Refund, Ryanair has failed to provide the same to many of their customers. Even those who have submitted the Refund request are now being offered a Voucher instead.

Minister of Transport Shane Ross has considered allowing airlines and tour operators to issue vouchers instead of refunds when flights were cancelled as part of a set of measures that he hoped would alleviate the financial pressures on companies.

Yet this would undermine customer financial pressures and take away our legal right to receive a refund.
