Dear Readers, quite a bit has happened since my last post. I have heard from a third party that Camp Kitty has been sold and I understand that the person buying it was the one who came to feed Spotty when Richard McCudden owned that establishment. If this is the case then it may mean that poor old Spotty stands a chance at getting a home at some stage. I stress this is hearsay but has come from a reliable source.

I cannot however verify this information from the third party source because we are no longer living in the area.

I will still attempt to find out news about Spotty and publish when I do get reliable information. Regular readers please be assured that the fight for justice for a better deal for animals in NSW will continue, and the principle target for my updates will be the Dept. of Primary Industries. This government body seems indifferent to regulating RSPCA NSW and consistently does not answer questions put to them as the Administrators of POCTA, either in a timely fashion or at all!

To this end I urge my readers to consider joining a Facebook group called `RSPCA Full Exposure’. You will find that I am not alone in protesting and petitioning against the indifference shown to animal welfare issues by various RSPCA bodies!

The Dept of Primary Industries have the power to insist that the RSPCA NSW answer questions about all aspects of RSPCA NSW behaviour. They have not as yet replied to my last correspondence of 11 Dec 2020, and according to their correspondence policy they have 20 working days to reply.

So regular readers, the fight for a better deal for animals in NSW will continue unabated. Please keep up your support. I apologise for not answering so many of the reader comments from the last petition update, which are always much appreciated.

Thanks, Keith
