Now I no longer live next door to Camp Kitty I am unable to give regular updates regarding the last cat living there, Spotty.

Readers should be in no doubt of my intention to do the best for this poor animal still there and to get it a loving home.

So, the way forward. New readers should be aware that this petition started when I lived next door to a neighbour that had in his possession approximately 200 cat, all living in the most awful conditions. The RSPCA NSW were informed and maintained that `there were no welfare issues’, and this position has remained up to today! Pictures such as the one above were handed in to the RSPCA NSW Senior Inspector when he visited us to discuss the situation. But always the statement `no welfare issues’. After I contacted Prime 7 News and a camera crew came round and they captured footage of a poor cat dragging a broken leg across the yard the RSPCA NSW became active and sent 10 vans round to CK and they were there all day. The cats disappeared. What happened to them all? Were they re homed, looked after, new homes found, I do not know? I suspect they were just killed as being unwanted, or maybe in the language of RSPCA NSW euthanized!

Can anyone find out? I suspect not. Are there any donors to RSPCA NSW that could email them and find out? I suspect you will not get an answer. However please try, any petition readers please try. Many have tried and many failed. If any of you readers have left a bequeathment to an RSPCSA body please consider if there is a more effective way of helping animals.

The RSPCA Federation has done nothing to resolve this situation either or the Dept of Primary Industries NSW, who are funded by taxpayers to oversee the RSPCA NSW.

Some facts about the RSPCA NSW. (1) They are a Public Company. (2) They euthanize about half the cats that come into their possession. (3) They receive about a million dollars of public funding from the NSW Government and yet seem unaccountable for the funds they receive.

Readers, please doubt what I say. Please email that body and get them to release a statement. Ask them if what I say is incorrect?

That is a challenge, one that I am doubtful you will succeed in.

The RSPCA NSW email address is mail@rspcansw.org.au Tel 029770 7555

I shall email the RSPCA Federation and ask if they should reconsider the RSPCA NSW being a member of the Federation. I have written several times to the Minister of Agriculture NSW, one sent on 11 December 2020. As yet no answer, but I will continue in my efforts to get one.

Over 25000 petitioners are aware of this change.org petition. Tell all your friends what has gone on. Bad publicity is a very powerful weapon. Regards Keith
