Dear Readers, I was very heartened to have an amazing response to my last post, and I thank all those who have signed and/or left comments.
I did email the Chief Inspector at the RSPCA NSW, message as below -
Dear Chief Inspector, I have made the following post on change.org regarding the petition that has been running for the last 3 years. I wonder if you will be able to answer the questions that I have asked? Many thanks, Keith Climpson (I then attached the posting on change.org).
It may come as no surprise that I did not get a response. I know other readers of the petition have also contacted the RSPCA and I suspect they also have not received a reply!
Since my last post 2 cat traps/boxes have appeared at the entrance to Camp Kitty. I have no idea why they are there.
Re the solitary cat in the pen, I have seen it, it is still there. At least I know now that the RSPCA NSW did not destroy it at their last visit.
This cat still gets fed by two people who have access to the pen.
On the one hand I am pleased that the solitary cat is still alive, but sad (as I have been for over two years now) that it just has to lead such a heartbreaking solitary existence.
The owner of Camp Kitty (Richard McCudden) has not been seen on site for several months now.
Once more I repeat my offer, made several times, that if the RSPCA NSW takes possession of the cat I will feed it and care for it till I can find it a good home. It will need a colossal amount of time and care spent on it but I do know people who would make that commitment. For all the suffering it has had to endure it deserves now a good life!
Thank you once more for your support, and if you feel you may be able to get answers from the RSPCA please contact them.
