Dear Readers, once more I apologise for a delayed update. This time the excuse is influenza and pneumonia. Little has changed at Camp Kitty. The house is still uninhabited but at least the solitary cat has survived the winter, also the other two cats in the front enclosure as well. Amazing when you consider we had a -7 degree night here. An Inspector from the RSPCA did recently visit. At least they are monitoring the current situation. This is more than I can say for Cowra Shire Council. Cowra Council has promised to monitor Camp Kitty yet they have not been seen to have inspected the premises for several months!
