I show below the email sent today to the Chief Inspector RSPCA NSW. It is self explanatory. My over-biding hope is the he will act on the information, send an inspector to assess the situation, and seize the cats imprisoned at Camp Kitty. Today once more McCudden arrived to feed the cats and spent only a few minutes here. The resident caretaker has not attended today. I shall keep you informed of the developments as soon as I have any information. Keith Climpson, PO Box 514, Cowra NSW 2794 19 May 2017 Dear Chief Inspector, I write once more about Camp Kitty, Cowra, and the existing conditions there. The owner of this place, Richard McCudden is rarely in attendance, occasionally a presence of 10 minutes only to feed the remaining cats, and he then leaves. The resident caretaker has stated that he is leaving and is also rarely there. The electricity to the premises has been disconnected and I ask that the RSPCA inspects the premises to verify that the remaining cats are adequately supervised and looked after I consider infringements of POCTA are occurring because of lack of suitable accommodation and lack of supervision. One cat in particular is living under the most arduous conditions. This is the cat in the rear enclosure. It has been totally alone for 20 months with inadequate shelter, and I cannot see it surviving another winter. Please take action to alleviate the suffering that still takes place at Camp Kitty. Some readers of my petition site, `Tell the RSPCA NSW that this is cruel’ have offered to give any animals seized a loving home and how wonderful it would be if your Society could take them up on this offer. I ask if you would let me know what will happen. Regards Keith
