The other night I listened to a recording of a phone in radio programme by John Laws of 7th March 2017. Richard McCudden owner of Camp Kitty and convicted criminal spoke to John about his need to raise funds to help him look after the 90 cats he owns. He stated that because of the vilification of his name on the internet he has had to change his name by deed poll and the difficulty of getting work now. He stressed the good treatment that the cats in his possession received and the good food they ate. There was no mention of his convictions for animal cruelty.
Readers of this petition know that what McCudden has stated is incorrect, but he presented as a very plausible orator, and for a brief moment I had to wonder if my articles about him were of the same person. Then I remembered the photos that proved otherwise!
I would ask listeners to The John Laws Morning Show to be very wary before donating any funds to this man, as they may not necessarily go to looking after the cats.
Debt collectors have been turning up at his house at 230 Conimbla Road, Cowra in an attempt to find Richard McCudden. Debt collectors do not collect cats!
Remember the Court Order from December 2016 that he could own no more that 33 cats, and yet he can publicly state he owns 90. So is there a reason why he could do that, and please do not think McCudden is stupid, far from it? He is cunning and a master of getting his own way!
Does the RSPCA NSW know about these 90 cats, and now why he can state he owns 90?
