Hours ago as of this petition's creation, ROBLOX had removed an integral part of our childhoods: the classic "OOF" sound, which we hear whenever our character gets defeated. They had replaced it with a less recognizable "deh", which, to quote greenlegocats123, "sounds like an 8-year-old being strangled, or a 4'3 55-year-old smoker coughing.", in his video.

"There's like only 10% percent of the classic era remaining now," to quote a comment on the video.

The video also quotes, "Had ROBLOX just bought the sound or properly paid Tommy [Tallarico] then we wouldn't have to be dealing with this again." Yes, ROBLOX is a multi-billion dollar company! Why don't they just buy the sound effect instead?

I even remember the time that they did mention about the "OOF" sound during the 8th Annual Bloxy Awards, when they mentioned, in the sci-fi subway-themed experience, to stay away from the tracks as they didn't want anybody "to get OOF'd".

Why do we just sit here, crying, complaining, and gnashing our teeth when we can do something about it? My, no, our parents told us, when we were growing up, that just crying won't solve all our problems; we also have to do something about them.

Please, sign this petition. It is not one "to make whiney congressmen play violent video games" from our man in the Postal series. If we win, we shall get back one of the few memorable parts of our childhoods.
