Theres no denying The first descendant’s huge initial success, i mean. The numbers speak for themself, but as we all know it hasn't been all sunshine and rainbows. It has been met with hardships at times, and yes occasional flaws. but despite the waves of criticism it has received. the game remains steadfast. And its team : committed. On its journey that has navigated trial and error finding its way amongst the storm of western entitlement, Across seas its clear to see our values vary greatly - i highlight this being just another challenge amongst many others. For a game i love deeply. Such resilient nature needs to studied and praised. the developers did not give up, did not conform, many others (over here in the west) would have cut and run. You only have to look at the one year anniversary festival. the love and passion that this team has poured into season 3 Despite everything that has occurred calls me to speak up. Because after all, they too deserve a summer break.

The goal :

We, the TFD community, implore you Nexon co ltd ceo junghun lee to reward Creative Director Minseok Joo and Producer Beomjun Lee with equity stakes or a profit-sharing plan for their exceptional work on The First Descendant.  Alongside giving increased pay or bonus to interpreter eun-gyeong seong and community manager jason lee for fulfilling an excellent job with their intuitive talent. As well as everyone else involved with the development of the first descendant.

Why:

their leadership has driven over 13 million players since launch and global appeal, and brought in significant revenue time and time again. their talent deserves rewarding for no other reason than of their commitment to you, and us the player base. they are innovative artists driven by a burning passion that even the seas of adversity could not extinguish. giving us a one of a kind memorable experience for just over a year now. alongside huge excitement for season 3. Elevating it to a level us players have only dreamed of. Now it falls to me to create this petition in the hopes you take our facts and requests into consideration and seriously Acknowledge their contribution.

Recognition:

akin to industry leaders like Kim Hyung-tae, whose equity in Shift Up reflects his contributions. Rewarding Joo and Lee will ensure TFD's long-term success and inspire the team to keep on pushing boundaries and deliver authentic engaging content, its important to realise and understand how rare it is for a player-base to really connect with a development team, and for you i would call that the doorway to opportunity, and where there is opportunity, there is money. Nothing ventured is nothing gained.

Future:

I love the first descendant, like many others, and even if a significant portion of its player-base has left us, you have a community here, a strong one at that. I wish to keep on playing in the years to come, but i also understand that nothing is certain in such an ever changing industry. thats why i believe its in your best interest to bolster your talented team and take inspiration from the success of stellar blade and their development conditions and follow in its footsteps. To protect its longevity, It also shows us the players that you are looking after the well being of your staff.

Conclusion:

you have a chance to show us the kind of leader you are. To do something innovating. this world calls for those able to make bold decisions and now The meta has shifted and is inviting you to be the first to take lead in a new era. If you allow us, the players to have a say, no matter how little. in bettering the staff working on tfd, the game we love by elevating their financial status. i can assure you it will garner eyes. Overhaul any past negative reputation and skyrocket revenue.
