Sam Crouch 25, of Warrnambool has previous convictions for hoax calls to 000 emergency services and is now in jail for jamming Ambulance Victoria Communications for 12 hours.

Sam was since granted two Amateur Radio callsigns by the ACMA, VK3FST and VK3FUT which hold a responsibility that and trust that has been breached on numerous occasions by this person.

Such behavior should not be tolerated of an Amateur Radio Operator and as such the ACMA should revoke the callsigns from Sam Couch and prevent him operating on radio again.
