Tim Kennedy, a Special Forces member, has gained notoriety for his public persona that appears to diverge significantly from the traditional ethos of Green Berets and Rangers. Being a member of such elite military groups is not just about the skills and bravery displayed in the field, but also about the silent dedication, humility, and respect for the values that these units stand for. 

Green Berets and Rangers are renowned for their discretion and professionalism. They are quiet professionals who conduct their duties away from the limelight. Unfortunately, the actions and public presence of Tim Kennedy have raised serious concerns among veterans and service members regarding his adherence to these values.

For someone who is supposed to epitomize the spirit of elite military forces, his apparent need for public attention is not aligned with the values of these units. His visibility and his decisions to engage with media have cast a shadow over the true essence of being a Green Beret.

We believe that it is crucial for Tim Kennedy to undergo a formal review by a board comprised of seasoned Green Berets and Rangers. This will determine whether he should retain the Special Forces Tab, Green Beret status, and Ranger Tab. This review process should be transparent, fair, and thorough, assessing his commitment to the principles and responsibilities that come with the honor of wearing these prestigious insignias.
