Reverse the Supreme Court Decision: Protect Temporary Protected Status for Venezuelans

The Issue

The Supreme Court has just cleared the way for the Trump administration to revoke Temporary Protected Status (TPS) from hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans. These are people who came to the United States legally seeking safety, stability, and a chance to survive.

This decision isn’t just a policy shift. It’s a potential humanitarian crisis.

Families who have built their lives here, who work, go to school, and contribute to their communities, now face the terrifying possibility of deportation back to a country still reeling from political instability, violence, and economic collapse. Many fled life-threatening conditions. Sending them back now is unconscionable.

Let’s be clear: TPS was never meant to be political. It was created as a lifeline for people escaping disaster. What’s happening now is a betrayal of our country’s values, including compassion, refuge, and basic human decency.

We urge Congress and the Trump administration to act immediately. Protect Venezuelan families. Preserve TPS. No one should be ripped away from their home because of a political agenda.

Sign to demand urgent federal action to stop the deportation of Venezuelan TPS holders. Let’s stand up for justice, humanity, and the promise of America.
