Return Custody of this daughter to her loving Mother, Kimberly Cooper, and her siblings

Return Custody of this daughter to her loving Mother, Kimberly Cooper, and her siblings
The Issue
A young girl (victim along with her mother and siblings), 12-years-old and born on June 01, 2012, was forcibly separated from her loving mother, Kimberly Cooper, in an unjust decision by the judicial system in White County, Arkansas. Unfounded bias prevailed over rational judgment ignoring years of domestic violence, which included physical, emotional, verbal, psychological, and sexual abuse. It is a tragedy that all the abuse has been well-documented through police reports, pictures, orders of protection, and therapist documentation, yet overlooked.
Her mother has tirelessly been fighting to right this injustice. Her child herself has opened up about the emotional, psychological, and alleged sexual abuse inflicted by her father, all falling on deaf ears. Professional therapists have testified in court on the child's behalf, stating that staying with her father is detrimental to her well-being. Yet, these warnings have been brazenly ignored by the White County/Searcy judge.
This is not only a gross dismissal of the well-being of a child but is also a chilling precedent that undermines the credibility of our judicial process when dealing with domestic abuse cases. Domestic violence is a horrendous issue affecting approximately 10 million people annually in the United States alone (National Coalition Against Domestic Violence).
We, the supporters of this petition, standing with Kimberly Cooper and her family, urge the White County judicial system to reassess the case of this minor child with due regard to all the evidence presented, including testimony from therapists. By doing so, we seek to correct an unjust situation, restore a child to her rightful place with her mother, Kimberly Cooper, and reaffirm the trust we place in our justice system.
We appeal to your conscience and sense of justice. Please sign this petition and concretely support our efforts to reunite this sweet girl with her loving mother and siblings.
