Return 15-Year Old Savannah Home from Unjust DSS Custody

The Issue

My granddaughter, Savannah, is only 15-years old and a brilliant student. She has been unfairly removed from her loved ones by the Department of Social Services (DSS). Her only fault was not attending school. Now, despite being off of probationary oversight, DSS refuses to allow her safe return home. Unfortunately, our family's quest for clear answers has been met with unsettling vagueness.

This heart-wrenching issue is deeply personal for us, however, it is also an alarmingly widespread problem. Many families across the United States face similar ordeals, with their children ripped away due to misjudgments and procedural failures. It appears that in some cases, the best interest of the child is overlooked in favor of monetary gains.

I believe it is high time we draw attention to this major concern. Those entrusted with child welfare should not shatter homes. They must be diligent, fair, and transparent in their judgments, remembering that every child's case is as unique as the child themselves.

We are pleading with the right representatives to help us secure Savannah's return and aid all other children unjustly held in custody. Help us bring unjust child removals into the light, rectify the system, and preserve the sanctity of American homes.

We kindly appeal to citizens and representatives alike: seeking justice for Savannah is the first step to rectifying this deep-seated issue. Please, support our cause. Sign our petition today.
