We, the parents, students, alumni, and well-wishers of Bandaranayake College, Gampaha, are writing to respectfully request the reconsideration of the transfer order issued for our principal, Mr. Kasun Gunrathne.

Since assuming leadership, Mr. Gunrathne has demonstrated exceptional dedication, vision, and leadership that have brought visible improvements to the school. His commitment to academic excellence, discipline, innovation, and student well-being has been deeply appreciated by the entire school community.

Under his guidance, Bandaranayake College has seen:

• Enhanced academic performance across multiple grades.
• Improved discipline and school culture.
• Introduction of new educational and extracurricular initiatives.
• Strengthened relationships between the school, parents, and the broader community.

His presence has not only inspired the students and staff but also instilled a sense of pride in the school's reputation.

Therefore, we earnestly appeal to the Ministry of Education and relevant decision-makers to reconsider this transfer and allow Mr. Kasun Gunrathne to continue serving as Principal of Bandaranayake College, Gampaha.
