As an avid Roblox user, I've seen firsthand the impact of unrestricted User Generated Content (UGC) on the platform. My personal collection of limited items is decreasing in value, and trading has become increasingly challenging due to market saturation. The catalog is being flooded with items from anyone and everyone, diluting the quality and uniqueness of available content.

Roblox's current policy allows all users to post UGC without any form of verification or achievement recognition. This indiscriminate approach not only devalues existing content but also undermines the efforts of dedicated creators who have earned their UGC Creator Badges.

We propose a change in this policy - restricting UGC posting privileges to verified users or those who possess a UGC Creator Badge. This will ensure that only committed, recognized creators can contribute new items, maintaining high standards for content on the platform.

By implementing this change, we can preserve the value of limited items and improve trading conditions by reducing market oversaturation. We believe that this will enhance user experience overall while respecting and rewarding dedicated creators' efforts.
