Create support for solar power to fight against the further development of nuclear power plants.

In the dinosaur age it seemed OK to have a nuclear plant. Today we need to start serious change in implementing an off the grid system. Making the USA and other undeveloped nations more successful in the green movement.

If tax payers money will be used for the oil clean up (if at all possible) than government needs to subsidize the installation & purchase of the units necessary for this change. Farming i.e. not farming is subsidized and plenty of other nonsense. Why not start where common sense is very obvious ?
