​We, the undersigned parents, guardians, and community members of Lord Roberts JPS, are writing to express our profound disappointment and concern regarding the recent announcement of Ms. Capalbo’s transfer.

​During her stay, Ms. Capalbo has been an amazing leader. She has fostered a positive environment, implemented meaningful improvements, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to the success and well-being of our students. Ever since she joined our school, her guidance has been impactfu to our school community, and her departure would be a significant loss that threatens the progress we have made for the past two years.

​We believe that leadership stability is essential for the continued success of our children, and we respectfully urge the administration to reconsider this decision and allow Ms. Capalbo to remain as our Principal.

​We stand firmly behind her and request an opportunity to discuss how much she is valued by the families she serves.
