Many of you leaving feedback will be getting used to the scripted responses from Virgin.

'We are sorry for your disappointment.' 'We take your feedback seriously' etc

Without material change these words are meaningless to unhappy members.

However, it seems cracks are appearing and Virgin do know how dissatisfied so many of us are.

Here is another Virgin Active Response on TrustPilot

"Virgin Active's recent music changes have indeed sparked significant dissatisfaction among our members, and we deeply regret any inconvenience caused. We acknowledge that the transition to royalty-free music has resulted in a less-than-ideal atmosphere for classes and workouts. We understand the importance of providing motivating and energising music for our members' exercise experiences, and we apologise for falling short in this regard."

So it is vital that we keep letting them know that we are not happy with the new music, that our classes are less enjoyable and we are not as motivated. They are hoping we will just give up and accept the muzak that has swept through our gyms like an epidemic.

Listen up Virgin Active we are not giving up until you bring back the music we love, that moves our bodies and nurtures our minds!
