People are increasingly picking up on Virgin Active's apparent disinterest in it's customer experience and disregard for member feedback. They are questioning their business approach and suggest it is damaging the brand.
Please feel free to send me your experiences, and forward interactions you have had with Virgin Active on their new music policy. It is good to hear what is happening in other clubs and countries.
