Continuous negligence and no action on recurring power cuts in the society has caused inconvenience to all residents including tenants and residing owners.

Maintenance officer and estate manager Santosh have failed to take any lasting action on the issue and are deemed unfit to continue to remain in office. 

This is a petition to remove the Estate Manger of Suncity Avenue immediately and providing a capable replacement.
