Do people even go to Central Park anymore? People are always complaining about parking in New York City anyways so why not fix the problem? I suggest we replace the entirety of Central Park with a 12-story parking garage. Yeah it'll cost a ton of money to make, but think about how useful it will be. We can also put a McDonalds on the top floor or something like that.
